Problem root file system ....

Hello,
First i want to thank the team for this linux on palm release.
I get a palm T5 and i've got some problems to boot on linux.
As you say in the read me i unpacked the kernel and the rootf in the root directory of my SD card and then run cocoboot and tape boot.
The process stop at "cat : /tmp/action : no such file or directory"
then It tell me "No Root Filesystem found! Check that if your root exists!"
It seems to appear just after reading configs from linux.
So If you can help me, because i'll try to search on the forum but i saw nothing to solve my problem.
Thanks
Bye.
Will.
