RFC: opie brightness patch

As some of our palms are getting supported by several different kernels (old
hackndev, handhelds.org, new hackndev vanilla), brightness handling is little
bit different in these versions. So I made a simple patch for opie which make
brightness handling independent on driver name. Comments are welcome. If nobody
is against I'll try to get it upstream after 14 days.

I know it's correct, just want let everyone state their objections (don't expect any) before I'll try to get it upstream. Why asking? Because it will affect others as well (not only TX) and some people are touchy ;-) And no need to hurry ;-)
