The instruction to solve the suspend problem didnt work for me and my Palm TX.
After more than 11 days, when I apllied it to charging cable - nothing happened.
I got the hint to leave it on the charger for some minutes, cause battery power maybe too less.
But leaving it on the charger (for more than 15 minutes) didnt work as well.
I felt, that the device was a bit cold - cause it is lying here for a lot of time unused.
May that be reason of why it doenst start?
Should I warm it a bit (by rubbing the backside with a towel or smth for example) to be sure,
the battery works?
Hoping for help, starting to panic :\,

You're still having trouble?

Anyone with a TX got ideas? (I don't have one.)
Warming it up will likely not do anything.

Disassemble it, and
Disassemble it, and unsolder/short-circuit battery pins. Next, you can try to start it without battery at all -- it must work. If it works, replace battery with another, as i did.

So how to go on now?
Could you give me an instruction step-by-step please?
Am not English and it is not that easy for me to understand everything correctly.
Would be too bad if I would do a mistake..

Got the hint to open the case and then connect the battery cables shortly with a piece of metal.
Worked great!
