Linux on Tungsten C

Hi guys!
Sorry for my ignorance... I looked up in all the site and I don't understand if it is possible to put Linux in the Tungsten C... If it is possible, does it resolve problems about wi-fi connection with WPA/WPA2? It is my real problem, everywhere I go there are wi fi connections which use WPA...
please, help me!

ehm... I have no familiarity with linux, sorry, but some friends could help me [maybe :( ].
Is there a simple way to put linux on a T|C? Does Opie 1.2.3 work?

If you can help me (linking something like a guide or other), I will appreciate.

I bought this Palm with few euro thinking that it can easily connect with wi-fi (with WPA)... Oh, If I know before... argh!

Could anyone just post a

Could anyone just post a quick overview of the various steps involved in installing Linux on a Tungsten C? I'm as confused as the poster above me =)

/edit: or is it just those two steps as described above by Marex? But still, how do you go from there to, lets say, OPIE? In any case, time for a crash course in Linux for me :P

I use debian on it, not

I use debian on it, not angstrom. You can debootstrap debian in qemu and copy over the image, there's a howto for that somewhere (on emdebian page I think).

Alright, I'm getting a

Alright, I'm getting a Tungsten C in a few days, I'll report back when I have some new inquiries / results =)

Alright, I built a zImage

Alright, I built a zImage kernel (based on arm:devel ) including the various (mostly manually applied) patches that there were available for the Tungsten C. I will test it, and report back soon about further progress.

Brilliant! Once completed,

Brilliant! Once completed, can you post it somewhere for others?

I never managed to get a working crosscompile going.

When it will be ready,

When it will be ready, please add it somewhere on web and update Download page on wiki. If you would need any help with publishing, ping me on IRC, please.
